Juvela Taster Sessions at 100 Tesco Stores

Juvela Taster Sessions at 100 Tesco Stores

If you want to sample Juvelas bread before you buy why not head to one of 100 taster events happening at Tesco stores all over the UK. A chance to see if you like Juvela bread before you buy!
Last week Juvela's gluten free bread went into selected Tesco stores, nearly 500 stores now stock Juvela white and fibre bread and white and fibre rolls. At the end of last week they put a store finder online so you can find the nearest store stocking Juvela bread.

This coming Friday, 100 Tesco stores will be holding taster sessions giving Coeliacs and anyone else following a gluten free diet, the chance to try Juvela bread, this may be a first for many people, unless you are lucky enough to get the bread on prescription. This will be a great opportunity to try the bread and also find out more about their use of gluten free wheat starch (remember Juvela bread is suitable for Coeliacs but NOT if you have a seperate wheat allergy).

We have a list of all the stores holding the taster sessions, all of them are at Tesco stores on the 29th September:-

Are you visiting Scotland with your taster sessions?

The taster sessions are nothing to do with us and are run by Juvela. I have spoken to my contact at Juvela to find out about any tasting sessions in Scotland.

I noticed that there was no Scottish stores taking part is this something that might come at another time .

Yes, a lot of people have mentioned about the lack of Scotland stores, I have contacted my contact at Juvela to try and find out more.

Just sad we do not have a Tesco near, it is 7 mile away and although I could get on the 29th September for the event unfortunately this Tesco is NOT one of the supermarkets participating with Juvela..
Maybe next time it would be in my area.

Just because your nearest Tesco isn't doing a tasting session doesn't mean its not stocking the bread, over 500 stores are stocking the bread but only 100 are doing a tasting session. There's a link in the blog post above to the Store Finder on Juvela's website, where you will be able to see if your local Tesco is stocking the bread.

What date is the warrington one please x

The date of the tastings are in the blog post, they're all on Friday 29th September.

Why no tasting sessions in Scotland ????
As ever Scotland is left out once again!!

Is there any plans for Scottish demos? Ideally near Glasgow?

What time do the sessions start?
Is it a first cone first served type of thing? I have to go to a funeral Friday morning ☹️

As far as I know its supposed to be an all day event, but different Tesco's could start or end at different times.

Will there be any presentations in Scotland

I'm afraid I don't know, I've just shared the list as I received it, I would assume it would be the largest one or one in the city center.

I was asking about Scotland also. They must think no one in Scotland has coeliac disease!

I've been told its due to individual stores have the space, time and resources to do the event, and whether the store manager wanted the event to go ahead. Unfortunately none of the larger stores in Scotland could, or didn't want to do a tasting session, this is nothing to do with Juvela, but Tesco themselves.

If the event at other stores on Friday are successful Juvela are hoping to do it again in future, but in more stores, my contact said they are hoping they'll be able to do sessions in Scotland then.

If not Juvela have told us they'll still be attending Food Fairs across the UK, including any in Scotland, and will be offering samples and products for sale there.
