Five Super Simple Sandwich Suggestions
Do you struggle to find ideas for sandwiches? Earlier this week Juvela released their gluten free bread in selected Tesco stores so we have come up with a few sandwich options to tickle your tastebuds using their bread. They are all really easy to make and super quick too.

Cheese and Tomato Chutney
This is a super simple one, some grated cheese topped with some tangy tomato chutney! We used a jar one that was gluten free but you could just as easily make your own. Simple chop 2 red onions, 5 tomatoes, 1 garlic clove and half a chilli into a saucepan, add 40ml red wine vinegar and 75g sugar, bring to the boil and then simmer for 40 minutes until it turns to a jam consistency!

Tuna Crunch
If tomato chutney isn't your thing, how about something a bit fishy. Mix half a can of tuna with some chopped onion (about 1/4 of an onion will do one sandwich), a tablespoon or sweetcorn and a tablespoon of mayo. Loaded onto some Juvela Fibre Bread you have a fabulously filling sandwich! Serve with a slice or wedge of lemon.

Salmon and Cream Cheese
If you are feeling a bit posh you can't go wrong with some smoked salmon slices and a good helping of cream cheese, add some slices of cucumber too for some added freshness. This one one usually saved for bagel toppings but it works fabulously between two slices of Juvela White Bread.

Ham and Cheese Toastie
If you don't quite fancy a sandwich, how about a toastie. A simple ham and cheese toastie is always a favourite, a slice of ham, piled with grated cheese between two slices of Juvela White of Fibre Bread, then either use a toaster bag in the toaster for 2-3 minutes (if the cheese doesn't fully melt even though it is toasted, put it in the microwave for 30 seconds just to finish it off) or grill for 3-4 minutes on both sides. For added flavour add a spoonful or mayonnaise mixed with a pinch of mustard powder!

S'more Style French Bread
For something a little different and sweet give this S'more French Bread a go. Beat an egg then pour it onto a plate. Place two slices of Juvela White Bread into the egg, thoroughly coat both sides then fry in a hot frying pan for 1 minute on each side, or until the egg is cooked and browned. Slaver chocolate spread over one slice of the hot bread and add 8 or 9 mini marshmallows before placing the other slice on top. Eat while hot! You almost have a pop tart replacement!

There are so many things you can do on a good old fashioned sandwich, these are just five suggestions, what are your favourite sandwich fillings?
