Gluten Free Plain Drop Scones

Back to all recipes.
These gluten free scones are slightly different from normal we do have other scone recipes on here too, it is a very soft mix that makes incredible scones, they are even better served with jam and cream! Don't expect to be able to make these like normal scones though, the mixture is a lot thinner and definitely not handleable.

These look worth a try. The last gluten free scones I made were like bricks, even the birds wouldn't eat them! Next door's cat seemed to enjoy them!!!!
