Gluten Free Warm Honey Oats

Method

  1. Warm a frying pan to a low heat, add oats (if you can't tolerate oats, rice flakes or millet flakes work just as well) and 1tsp of honey, gently stir round the frying pan to lightly coats the oats in the honey, allow the oats to toast for 3 to 4 minutes until a light golden brown.

  2. Chop the strawberries in to halves and place half of them in a bowl or sundae dish. You could also use other mixed berries if you wish.

  3. Top the strawberries with half the Greek yogurt and them add half the oats on to, repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.

  4. Add a final 1tsp of honey to the top of the oats and serve while the oats are still warm.
