Place the sausages in the slow cooker and pour the lentils on top.

Peel and dice the carrots, celeriac and onion and add to the slow cooker.

Add in a can of tomatoes and the beef stock and mix well.

Cook on high for 3 and half hours.
NB: for celery allergy sufferers this recipe doesn't specifically contain celery but does contain celeriac.
