Follow recipe for gluten free puff pastry, this will add 12 hours to the preparation time, or you can use ready made gluten free puff pastry from the shops (you will need 650g)

Roll out the pastry to about 1/4 inch thick, place a sausage in the corner of one edge to get the size right then cut to same length as the sausage, roll up until the pastry edges meat and then seal with egg. Slice each full sausage roll into 4 pieces (you could keep them full size if preferred)

Place on a baking tray and brush tops with egg, place in oven preheated to gas mark 6/200c for about 20-25 mins until browned.
