Gluten Free Honey Pork Stir Fry

Stir frys are great for that quick meal when you can't be bothered cooking, they are so easy to make gluten free too. With this stir fry we have added a sweet little sauce using honey, matched up with pork, honey is delicious in savoury dishes and gives a lovely sweet and stickiness to a meal.

Ingredients

250g minced pork
30g button mushrooms
100g stir fry veg (e.g carrots, cabbage, onion etc)
50g edamame beans
1 1/2tbsp runny honey
2 tsp paprika
2tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Preparation Time: 10 Mins
  • Cooking Time: 10 Mins
  • This recipe makes 2 servings

Method

1. Fry mince until nearly cooked, add mushrooms and continue to fry until mince in thoroughly cooked and mushrooms browned

2. Add in stir fry veg and edamame beans fry for a couple of minutes.

3. Mix honey, paprika and oil in a bowl and then pour into the stir fry and mix well, fry for another minute, then serve.
