Thug is a sandwich shop just 200 yards or so from the railway station. Harrogate doesn't have much when it comes to gluten free food on the go so this was a good find. When I asked for gluten free, they immediately asked if I was coeliac which I liked and were very helpful. They do hot and cold sandwiches but as I wouldn't be eating mine for an hour I went for their Pastrami Club Sandwich which was delicious. They used nice seeded bread which they might have cut themselves. I wish there was a thug near where I live!
