Wow, we hit the jackpot by finding this lovely place. As a Coeliac it's not always easy to find great food AND in such a lovely place. I really dread going through my Coeliac spiel when I visit most cafes and restaurants, in fact I'd just rather not go. But here I was in heaven. Every single item is gluten free and very very high quality. The staff are so welcoming and genuinely friendly, it's so refreshing to see owners/staff who are so friendly and attentive. Oh, and probably the most important thing, they are very dog friendly! We came here because they had an nice outdoor seating area as well as the indoors, so we guessed we would be ok with our 3 little dogs. They are happy to accept dogs inside too, which would be fab on a not-so-warm day. They took a real interest in our dogs and made a real effort to get to know the dogs (and us!). As it happens, the name "Otto" is from the owner's beloved dog, so I see why they're so dog (and person) oriented. My wife and I had breakfast. I had lovely Avocado on toast, sprinkled with chilli and sea salt, with some extra bacon slices. It was blinking gorgeous. My wife had granola, fresh fruit and greek yoghurt. It was all stunning. We're staying in Harrogate for a week and I suspect we'll be coming back here several times! I was so delighted with our first visit that I felt I HAD to tell the staff afterwards how much I loved it all. But please change your policy on "card only", some folk still use cash.

Great cafe, completely gluten free. Focaccia is lovely. Staff are very knowledgeable.
