When I walked in, I mentioned I was gluten free and they explained that they have staff that take all the necessary precautions to deal with being gluten free. Once I ordered, I watched the staff wipe down counters, scrub down the grill, and ensure that fresh utensils were used during prep. After the meal too, though I am silent coeliac, I havent had gluten for at least a month and found no pain or anything from the meal itself. All in all, service was good and would recommend for those who are gluten free, just ensure they are doing it correctly and order at the front desk, not online.
