Gluten free at Hickory's Smokehouse

Hickory's Smokehouse offers a dedicated “no gluten containing ingredients” menu with a wide choice including breakfast muffins, ribs, brisket, BBQ trays and steaks, making it a good option for those eating gluten free or with coeliac disease. If Coeliac rather than gluten intolerant it is especially important to clarify with a manager about any potential may contains some of the options carry from factory level production (such as sausages).

My review is rated on the food and the Last part of the evening. We had a table booked for 5pm.It wasn't ready until 5.30pm.And yet they say that they can only keep the table for 15 minutes if late.When we were eventually shown to the table,we were not allocated any waiter/waitress.The eveng was saved by the good quality of the food and a young waitress who looked after us for the last 45 minutes of our stay..

Decided to try Hickorys for lunch whilst on a day trip with my daughter. I'm coeliac & there are alot of gluten free options available. The staff were lovely & have every food item on their tablets that they can check & show that the food selected is GF. Highly recommend,will definitely eat here again if I visit Shrewsbury again.
