If you fancy an ice cream in Sandown, Pebbles is a good place to go. They have gluten free cones on site and a variety of flavours of Kellys ice cream which are labelled on the board.
Only issue I had was the server didn't change gloves until asked so not quite as up on contamination as some places are but it was nice at least and did use clean scoops and change gloves when asked.
