We took a trip to Quarr Abbey not expecting them to do gluten free. However it was raining and we thought we would go for a brew in the tea room. Just out of curiosity I had a look at the cakes and I very surprised to see not one or two gluten free cakes but 5 of them! They were all kept separately too, all on the top shelf with their own tongs.
I chose a ginger cake, and Jamie chose mint chocolate, he isn't gluten free but it happened the flavour he wanted was a gluten free one. There was no tongs...
