Stakks Pancake House

I went to Stakks on a stop over trip to Southampton day before we went over the the Isle of Wight. It is one I had seen online and knew if I had chance I needed to try them. All the menu is labelled as being available gluten free which includes loads of sweet and savoury options, they can be done as a gluten free pancake or also on omelettes. Before I went I asked them on social media if gluten free pancakes were cooked on separate pans and they confirmed they were and also one person cooked gluten free orders so there was no contamination between stations. The cafe is inside a shopping centre and we did have trouble finding it to start with but got there in the end. We chose what to have and I went to order, confirmed again with the server that gluten free is cooked separately and he reiterated what I had been told on Facebook. I decided to go for a banoffee pancake which was loaded with banana, toffee sauce and chocolate. The pancakes were absolutely delicious too. I also had one of their milk shake, I did overdose on chocolate so will remember to choose better next time! But nonetheless both items were fantastic. We would definitely go back and try a few more of their options, they have great understanding and weren't too badly priced either!
