Break up the feta in a food processor and add the Greek yogurt, garlic and lemon juice, blitz until smooth.

Prepare whatever crudites you would like to serve with your whipped feta, options are limitless but some of my favourites are gluten free crispbreads or flatbreads, carrot batons, cucumber sticks and grapes, you could also use strips of pepper, radishes or Mediterranean vegetables.

Dish up (this amount serves 4-6 people, it will keep in the fridge for a couple of days if you don't want to use it all) and serve with your crudites or as part of a salad or tapas selection

Top the whipped feta with a drizzle of olive oil and honey, then dip to your hearts content.
