This low calorie gluten free Cranachan in perfect for Burns Night, especially when you are watching your figure

Low Cal Mixed Berry Cranachan

300g strawberries
200g raspberries
250g 0% Greek yogurt
1 1/2tbsp sweetener (can switch for sugar if you prefer)
25ml whisky (preferably Scotch)
20g gluten free oats or rice flakes
2 tsp honey


1. Chop the strawberries and raspberries and divide equally between three sundae glasses.

2. In a bowl mix together 250g 0% Greek yogurt, sweetener and whisky, spoon equally on top of each glass of berries.

3. Place the oats on a baking tray and level out. Put under a grill for 2-3 minutes so they brown, but don't let them burn.

4. Sprinkle the oats over the top of each dessert then drizzle over the honey to finish.

Tip: If you are on Slimming World, these work out at 2.5 syns each
