Put everything in a mug and mix well. I prefer putting the wet ingredients in first as the flour tends to get stuck in the bottom of the mug if you don't get your spoon right in the edge, if you put wet in first the flour is less likely to get stuck but make sure you mix well otherwise you can get lumps of flour.

Place the mug in a microwave for 1 and half to 2 minutes, in a 750w microwave 1 and half cooks the cake lovely, but a 600w will need an extra 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and serve!
