In a bowl, mix together the spices, parsley and natural yogurt.

Add the mince to the tandoori mix and combine using a spoon, you should end up with a fairly smooth paste.

Allow the mix to chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Once chilled, using your hands, wrap some of the mix around skewers, you should get 4 or 5 depending on how thick you wrap the mix around.

Grill the kebabs for about 5 minutes on each side until cooked through and serve.
