A very easy pasta dish which can be served hot or cold. Pasta is one of the food items that you can do pretty much anything with and is a perfect staple to always have in the cupboard for want something quick and easy. You don't need to add much to it to make a flavoursome, nutritious and filling meal! Just don't overcook your gluten free pasta!

Method

  1. Boil some water in a pan, once boiling add the pasta.

  2. While the pasta is cooking prepare any vegetables you are using, chopping larger items into bitesize chunks, we find peas, sweetcorn, baby carrots, asparagus, green beans, mangetout all work well.

  3. Put all the vegetables into a pan and cook until softened slightly

  4. Once the pasta is cooked (soft to the touch), drain off the water and place back over a low heat, add in all the vegetables, sweet chilli sauce and prawns, stir well and let the prawns and sauce heat up, once heated the pasta is ready to be served.
