Mix the creme fraiche and Philadelphia together into a creamy filling.

Cut the gluten free brioche in half (I used Genius as it was all I could get at the time but Schar also do a lovely gluten free brioche roll) and spread some of the filling on both halves.

Chop a handful of strawberries in half and add to one half of the roll, place the other half on top and serve! Super simple, a great sweet treat to have while watching Wimbledon.
