Cook the gluten free pasta as per the packet instructions, I prefer to cook gluten free pasta al dente so it doesn't fall apart.

Once cooked, drain the water and add in the spinach and wilt over the heat.

Mix all other ingredients except smoked salmon together in a bowl and then add to pasta stir through while still on the heat so the Philadelphia loosens up.

Chop the smoked salmon and add to the pasta off the heat, or, if serving the dish cold, stir through once the rest is cold.
