Place the milk, cream and baileys in a saucepan and heat until almost boiling.

Break up the chocolate into a bowl, pour over the hot milk and stir until the chocolate has melted.

Return to the pan and simmer until the milk is lovely and smooth and all the chocolate bits have fully dissolved.

Whisk the second lot of cream until stiff.

Pour the hot chocolate into 2 tall hot chocolate glasses or mugs, top with the whisked cream then add mini marshmallows and grated chocolate.
