Pour the gluten free flakes into a large bowl and set aside. Any brand of fibre flakes or special flakes will work.

Place the hazelnuts in a bag and lightly crush using a rolling pin, you don't want them too fine but nor do you want full hazelnuts. and

Break the banana into smaller chunks and roughly chop the apple.

Add all the nuts, dried fruit and coconut to the flakes and mix well. I like to use my hands to try and evenly distribute it.
To serve add milk to a portion or serve with yogurt.
NB: generally when you buy packets of the fruit etc you will have enough to do double the recipe, so you could always get two boxes of cereal and make a jumbo box and use all your fruit up!
