Boil water and make up stock once boiled.

Add the quinoa to a pan and pour in the stock and add the curry and chilli powders, put on a low/simmer heat and allow the quinoa to absorb all of the stock, the quinoa is done once it has "popped" (goes from a hard ball to a ball that looks like it has split open). If all the stock absorbed before it "pops" add a little more boiling water.
NB: You can serve this either hot or cold. Makes a good replacement for rice or you can eat it as its own as a snack or for lunch.
