Toast oats and nuts in a frying pan until the oats are lightly browned.

In a saucepan, melt the coconut oil with the honey and cocoa powder, once melted pour in oats and nuts and add raisins and seeds then mix well.

Press the mix into greased baking tray and bake for 20-25 mins on gas mark 5/190c until top is well browned.

Cool in the tray then cut into pieces, if you cut straight away it will fall to pieces. It will take a good few hours to solidify (we found leaving it over night gave best results), but can can cut while slightly warm, just not while hot.
