I drove there whilst my hubby phoned ahead. When i got there i was shouted at, told to stop ringing the shop. I was dumbfounded. The owner told me that he would not stop serving his customers to drop everything, answer the phone and make my gf batter. He kept shouting at me (with a shop full of customers) saying that his phone stored my number and he would call me back. I was mortified. I didnt know that my hubby had tried several times. I had no idea why i was being shouted at. I just grabbed my food, left the shop in shock and did my best not to cry. Never going back. Upset at being shouted at and made to feel that i was putting him to a lot of trouble making my gf meal

We love the Fradley Fryer - my coeliac daughter feels really safe eating the food from there. And the service is always with a smile.
