Flapjackery

I visited here the day after it opened in Bath, at the time I didn't realise it was new though! Everything is completely gluten free (as long as you can tolerate gluten free oats of course). They do lots of different types of flapjacks from white chocolate and raspberry to peanut butter brownie topped so you won't be short of options. The flapjacks are sold at 3 for £10 (or round about!) and the blocks are huge, easily cut into 3 or 4 servings. Not only do they do flapjacks but they also do things like peanut brittle, Turkish delight and different types of chocolate, all of course gluten free and I think some were also dairy free. Worth a visit if you are in Bath, they also have a few other stores in the south west and can buy online too. It is only a shop, not a cafe but worth going to try some of the flapjacks!

Visited Bath for the day and thought I must go to Flapjackery after seeing it on the Coeliac App . Absolutely spoilt for choice in the shop ! The gentleman serving was very helpful , and willing to go through the ingredients, and how to keep the flapjack. I wet out with a Bakewell tart , Banoffee pie , and Ginger and chocolate flapjack bar . The bars are quite large so intend splitting them up into three pieces a bar , and freeze them , IF they last that long !!!
