This place is amazing, if you’re coeliac, it’s like your in heaven, first place I’ve been to where I can choose anything off the menu, everything I’ve eaten is lovely, but favourite is the cheese scones, I go with family who are not coeliac, and they enjoy the place as much as I do. Go on give it a go.

Have been here a few times, when visiting the area. Food is lovely & everything is gf & much is vegan. The cakes always come with a garnish of fruit & cream, but are still really reasonably priced! The “crowning glory” for me was the fact that the Oat milk is also gf - very difficult to find in most places that use it. Returned next day for 2 take away cheese scones - again such a good price & each came with a pot of chutney - but also really tasty and huge. He makes everything fresh daily, himself. Just wish we lived closer!

Even though I had read reviews online, I still double checked they were still 100% gluten free because there was so much choice. Had a panini (first one eating out since I was diagnosed in 2005). Was delicious and my coffee was great too. Great atmosphere in this little gem of a place. Rustic, quirky decoration and furniture. Great place to come have a lovely feed and to sit and relax with a book or your phone if you prefer. Had a good chat with the owner and thanked him for looking after us. Double checking all the cakes and desserts were also nut free, I picked 3 things to take home. What a place, what a great choice and what a lovely guy. Will definitely be back.

Such an excellent café and dog-friendly too. Price was such great value, food was delicious and there was so many dairy-free cake options too as well as a few vegan ones. Worth a visit if you're in North Yorkshire.
