I eat at the pizza/pasta restaurant. I told the Waitress I was celiac so needed gluten free. They made me my own pizza with a choice of toppings . I had gluten free cheese and pepperoni. They also asked if I would like gluten free pasta and how I would like it. I opted for tomato sauce. Both were fantastic. I felt really special. I didn’t go for the salad bar in case of cross contamination but I am sure they would have put some in a bowl in the kitchen if I would have asked them. Also asked for make of pasta and pizza base as both were delicious. Will go there again.
