Here's what we know about Bar and Wok

Chinese food restaurant, with a difference, they cater for both gluten free and normal diets. Great selection at a sensible price. They offer a lunchtime offering of a starter, main course and drink where many of the offerings can be done as gluten free. Always happy to help with dietary requirement as long as you tell them you need it gluten free - gluten free options are marked on the menu

This is my go to place on the weekends when going to watch a film, either before or after a film. They are a family run business and havea dedicated Gluten Free Menu, but also the main menu listed GF Options. The Calamari starter is to die for as they use rice flour so nice and crispy, I just need to learn how to use chopsticks given I have been going to this place for 10 years. With the mains they can even provide gluten free soya sauce and go the extra bit to make sure everything is okay.
