They have a gluten free menu and dedicated gluten free fryers. Been a great chippy since I was a boy, so when my daughter was diagnosed with Coeliacs I was delighted to find Boun Appetito was taking gluten free so seriously. Iâ€™m not gluten intolerant but I actually prefer their gluten free fish to the normal batter ðŸ˜
