Gluten free at Garden of India in Harlow

Owner/manger has catered for coeliacs for years and its important to him that everyone is able to eat and enjoy the food. Everything is cooked from scratch, fully aware about cross contamination. The only gluten things in the kitchen are the breads and they're cooked separately from everything else. They're also happy to alter dishes in other ways, take out ingredients, alter the spice level, etc. Very accommodating to any dietary needs.

I've been here a few times now, its honestly one of the most clued up places about all kinds of dietary requirements. The manager has talked me through options on every visit and explained how seriously he takes cross contamination and how he wants everyone to be able to enjoy the food. The food is so good, tastes amazing and is good value for money.
