Secret Garden Cafe

I got told about this place only a few days before going on holiday and what a find! Right on the harbour by Brewers Quay this is a gorgeous little cafe where most of the menu can be gluten free including their waffles, which is all I had from here...twice. All options that can be gluten free are marked on the menu and it is all available vegan too. The staff asked whether it was coeliac when ordering which was good and they use separate waffle makers etc. I had a build your own waffle both times i went, first time I chose strawberry, nutella and ice cream which was divine and the second time banana, peanut butter and caramel sauce which was also good but the first one was best! They really take the time to check ingredients too and will do their best to cater to anything. The second time we went an US cruiser was in and the lady who came in off it was both gluten free, dairy intolerant and allergic to a few other things, asking loads of questions and they checked everything. Absolutely fabulous. Will definitely be back when in the area again!

Fantastic service, went with their vegan & gluten-free waffles, a must try if you're in the area 100% would go back everyday!!
