A separate fryer is used for chips and any gluten free items. Gluten free options are all clearly marked on the menu. Any of the staff will happily answer questions about any dish or check with the kitchen if they are unsure. Gluten free is always available including gluten free fish and chips, gluten free roast dinners on Sundays and gluten free pies available on "Pie and Pint" day on Thursdays.
