The chef and his partner are gluten free so majority of the menu is or can be gluten free. They specialise in smoked meats done on site for an authentic American style menus. Gluten free options include burgers, pizzas (gf £2 more due to flour costs), loaded fries, mac and cheese, chicken and ribs with skin on fries and slaw.
