Delicious gluten free food. They take allergies very seriously and and super informative. Really lovely staff. Plus the gluten free bread is the best I've had.

Such a huge selection of gluten free sandwiches, pasties, cakes, waffles and scones. What more could you ask for?! Very knowledgeable staff who seemed to take great care with allergies. I did see another table today order vegan alternatives too! Fab service, a little slow but its a small cafe so to be expected!!! There's a huge menu and they do takeaway service too. Prices weren't too bad for GF options and didn't seem to be charged much, if anything, extra for the GF options. This was my second visit in less than a year whilst on my holidays. We stayed in Perranporth but made a special trip to Newquay just for this cafe this time round!
