The Village Swan

Amazing village pub! The Village Swan was such a great find on a recent stay in nearby Leighton Buzzard. A pub with fantastic freshly cooked local ingredients and almost everything on the menu is gluten free. Run by a coeliac who completely understands how challenging it can be to find somewhere a coeliac can eat at safely, let alone with so much choice. Everything we had was delicious, the team are brilliant, friendly and so accommodating (as well as knowing their stuff.) We went for lunch on a Saturday and ended up back there on Sunday for lunch again - that’s how good it is! Oh and it’s dog friendly and has a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere too. Hard to beat - can’t recommend this wonderful place highly enough.
