Pam
The cafe staff state that they can not provide anything suitable for Coeliac consumption due to risk of cross contamination in their small kitchen, where all food is prepared. They did allow me to eat food purchased in their own shop with a drink in the cafe BUT there were only crisps, plantain crisps (these were nice) and humous or dips which were suitable for a snack lunch. There was a loaf of gluten free bread, which the cafe could not prepare for me and fresh produce or yogurt but nothing that really worked. Chocolate bars or crunchy bars but no cake or sandwiches or salad bowls etc etc. Really disappointing since I really didn't see humous (much of which would have been wasted since I was visiting Bristol) & crisps or plantain crisps as an appetising lunch.
