These travel cards are designed as a communication aid to help explain gluten free dietary requirements and Coeliac disease in other languages.
Translations are professionally prepared using native speakers; however, understanding and interpretation may vary between individuals and establishments.
The cards do not guarantee that food provided will be gluten free or safe to eat. Users should continue to make their own assessment of food suitability and allergen safety.

The laminated, credit card-sized card fits easily into your wallet, purse or passport holder, making it ready to use whether you're dining in restaurants, browsing street food markets, staying in hotels or purchasing food from local shops.
The translations have been produced by native speakers to clearly explain coeliac disease, the need for a strict gluten free diet and the importance of avoiding cross contamination. Simply show the card to restaurant staff, chefs or food vendors before ordering to help them understand your dietary requirements and prepare your meal safely.
