Our language cards are designed to help Coeliacs eat out safely while abroad. This set is double sided with Norwegian language on one side and Swedish on the other.

Credit Card/Business card sized make them easy to slip into your purse or wallet to take to different restaurants while abroad and are extra thick, sturdy and laminated on both sides to help them stand up to lots of usage.

Image shows both side of one card NOT two separate cards

Both sides translate to read the following:

I have Coeliac Disease and cannot eat food containing gluten or food that has been cooked with gluten, even small amounts make me ill.

I cannot eat
Wheat, durum, semolina, couscous, bulgar, rye, barley, oats

I can eat
Fruit and vegetables, meat and fish, rice, potatoes, corn, egg, cheese, milk, beans and nuts

Thank you for helping me eat safely.

Customer Feedback

Thinking of purchasing some of our products, take a look at what some of our previous customers have said about them!

I had one of these for gran canaria was the best thing ever. Well worth having just in case. First night the hotel made me a gluten free pizza until they could show me more things and that was from me handing the chef the card.

I took one of these to Greece with me last week and it was invaluable. Fantastic idea. The hotel and restaurants were so helpful once they had read it... brilliant!
Susan Griffiths - Greek and Turkish Gluten Free Language Travel Cards
I bought some language cards recently for a trip to Portugal and they were extremely useful. As soon as the waiters read the card they knew exactly what I could or couldn't have, it was a lot less frustrating than having to try and translate it myself.
