Japanese and Thai Gluten Free Language Travel Cards

Gluten free travel card which explains Coeliac in the languages Japanese and Thai, perfect for helping Coeliacs eat abroad in Japan or Thailand

Our language cards explain Coeliac and the need to be gluten free. This card is double sided and contains two languages - Japanese is on one side and Thai on the other. Image shows both side of one card NOT two separate cards.

These cards are credit card/business card sized which makes them easy to slip into your purse or wallet to take to different restaurants while abroad and are extra thick, sturdy and laminated on both sides to help them stand up to lots of usage.

Japanese is spoken in these countries - Japan
Thai is spoken in these countries - Thailand, Laos, Myanmar (Burma)

Both sides translate to read the following:

"I have Coeliac Disease and follow a strict gluten free diet. I cannot eat any foods which contain gluten, small amounts can make me sick.

I cannot eat
Wheat, durum, semolina, couscous, bulgur, rye, barley, oats

I can eat
Fruit and vegetables, meat and fish, rice, potatoes, corn, egg, cheese, milk, beans and nuts

Cross contamination is also an issue, please prepare gluten free separate. Cooking my food in fryers also used for gluten containing products, sharing toasters and preparing food on contaminated surfaces can all make me very sick.

Thank you for helping me eat safely."
