1. Place the lettuce on a plate and top with the grapes, chopped cucumber and chicken.
2. Make up the dressing by mixing together the plain yogurt, lemon juice and basil.
3. Drizzle over the dressing and serve.
If dairy free is not needed you can use normal natural yogurt in place of soya
