1. Fry mince until nearly cooked, add mushrooms and continue to fry until mince in thoroughly cooked and mushrooms browned
2. Add in stir fry veg and edamame beans fry for a couple of minutes.
3. Mix honey, paprika and oil in a bowl and then pour into the stir fry and mix well, fry for another minute, then serve.
