Bring waffle maker up to temperature, meanwhile, combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.

Beat the egg, oil, milk and yogurt into the dry ingredients.

Once the waffle maker is at temperature pour the batter in, it does puff up so make sure not to overfill. Our waffle maker has 2 big square waffle plates and this mix will make two of this size waffles, we filled almost to the top of the bottom hot plate.

Close the waffle maker and leave for about 4-5 mins. Open up and the waffle should be browned, if not, close and leave for another minute.

Serve warm and top with your favourite toppings, we went for blueberries and honey!
