Chop the pork into bitesize chunks and fry in a frying pan for a few minutes on each side.

Slice the chorizo and add to the pan with the pork, cut the green beens into chunks and dice the onion then add these too.

Make up the stock with boiling water and add the spices and chilli powder to it.

Pour half the stock into the frying pan and then add in the rice, turn the heat down low and let the rice absorb the stock, you may only need this amount, however if the rice is still solid once absorbed add some more stock, keep repeating until rice is soft and cooked through and the stock is absorbed.
