Place cooked chicken pieces in a bowl and set aside.

Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl, pour into a frying pan and add in the cooked chicken, warm through in the frying pan but keep in moving otherwise the sauce will burn.

Serve with either rice or salad or both.
NB: The Alpro plain with coconut yogurt gives a slightly more authentic taste to the sauce however any plain yogurt can be used, either dairy free or none dairy free.
