Place all ingredients except the peanut butter in a deep saucepan.

Place on a low heat and stir, keep stirring often until boiling. Don't leave without stirring too long otherwise it will burn onto the pan.

One boiling gently simmer, still stirring frequently until the teff porridge has thickened. 
- 
Serve into 4 bowls and top each with a tablespoon of peanut butter and a little drizzle of maple syrup if you like.
