Our language cards are designed to help Coeliacs eat out safely while abroad. If you travel a lot buy a full set of 30 travel cards containing 60 languages (double sided, 2 languages per card, languages that come together (listed below) can not be changed as the cards are pre-printed). Credit Card/Business card sized make them easy to slip into your purse or wallet to take to different restaurants while abroad and are extra thick, sturdy and laminated on both sides to help them stand up to lots of usage.

Each card contains two languages translating into the following text (note, Chinese translation also has soy sauce added into the "cannot eat" section):

"I have Coeliac Disease and follow a strict gluten free diet. I cannot eat any foods which contain gluten, small amounts can make me sick.

I cannot eat
Wheat, durum, semolina, couscous, bulgur, rye, barley, oats

I can eat
Fruit and vegetables, meat and fish, rice, potatoes, corn, egg, cheese, milk, beans and nuts

Cross contamination is also an issue, please prepare gluten free separate. Cooking my food in fryers also used for gluten containing products, sharing toasters and preparing food on contaminated surfaces can all make me very sick.

Note, a full set only contains the cards for sale at the time of order, new cards can be released at any time, unfortunately there may be occasion where there are new language cards available to purchase shortly after you have purchased a full set of cards, if this is the case you will not receive any additional cards free of charge.
