60g coconut oil
80g dark cocoa powder
6 tbsp agave syrup


1. Melt the coconut oil in a pan, remove from heat as soon as just melted.

2. Add the cocoa powder and the agave syrup and mix well, make sure to work fast as it starts to go lumpy really soon.

3. Add spoon fulls of the mixture to ice cube trays, you should get around 21 small round chocolates out of this mix.

4. Place in the fridge for half an hour or so until yet, they won't be really solid, you will get more of a truffle consistency that melt in the mouth.
