Pizza Topped Chicken - Coeliac Sanctuary

Whether you don't like gluten free pizza bases or if you just want something healthier, topping a chicken like a pizza is amazing. Much less calories than a normal pizza and a lot more nutritional benefit, apart from having chicken as a base you can make this exactly like any pizza with any toppings you like.

2 chicken fillets
2tbsp tomato puree
Any vegetables and/or meats to top

Celery, Crustaceans, Egg, Fish, Gluten, Lupin, Molluscs, Mustard, Peanuts, Sesame, Soya, Sulphites, Tree Nuts
1. Flatten the chicken fillets by hitting it with a rolling pin
2. Spread tomato puree on the top of both then top with cheese,
3. Add and veg and meat as desired then bake in oven on gas mark 5 for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and golden.
